Divine Organic Farm Stay and Research Center is an integrated organic farm with residential facilities. The center is not only focusing organic production of fruits and vegetables but also organic research and agro-tourism. It is situated at Khairahani Municipality Ward No. 5, Chitwan and occupies an area of 8 hectors land. Out of which 2 hectors are used for organic farm stay and the remaining land is used for commercial banana production.
Organic Fruits & Vegetables Production
Currently organic banana, dragon fruit, pineapple, asparagus and other seasonal fruits and vegetables are being grown.
Farmers Training
Residential training for farmers in the field of organic fruits, vegetables, fisheries, dairy, goat farming, etc.
Rearing of Local Poultry
The center is rearing 500 local chicks under a semi-free range system.
Vermicomposting
Total of nine vermicomposting beds are currently being used to produce vermicompost, using various species of worms.
Exchange of Agriculture Volunteer
Younger generations are encouraged to get proper agricultural training and serve as volunteers nationally and internationally.
Organic Manure & Insecticide Formulation
The center is formulating liquid manure and organic insecticides for farm use.
